Section 3.6.2 specifies that conformance lasts 18 months. The online self certification app could email the original submitter email a reminder prior to 18 months a notice that the certification is about to expire.

It might be worth allowing the certifier to add a more generic e-mail. As you may recall there is a requirement to enable external queries relating to open source compliance so perhaps enabling an organisation to use the same e-mail contact would be more effective
