add ConOps diagram

It was suggested at an INCOSE-LA meeting that the OpenMBEE homepage should include a ConOps diagram, including stakeholders and example use cases.

Hmmm. The question I have is what is the need for a ConOps diagram from the OpenMBEE project? Would ConOps not be developed by the consumer who is looking to operationalize OpenMBEE.
I know of no other open source project on this planet that provides a ConOps diagram which would fit into a ConOps plan. Do you have an example? Thanks

@lewismc If I recall correctly, I think the request from the INCOSE-LA meeting was to produce a kind of meta-conops of openmbee, illustrating user stories or use case(s) of openmbee itself, ideally using its own tool suite.

Not a perfect example, but I generated a table of user stories (also represented as a use case diagram) for a CubeSat mission using a (soon to be deprecated version of a) YAML-based modeling language (whose spec doc was modeled in itself)

We literally started working on this from three angles

• user getting started guide: no coding, all visual, 5 mins getting started
• developer getting started guide: how to install MMS5 in 5 mins or less, precanned data, Jupyter notebook demonstrating model interaction via Python
• gathering use cases from all over the OpenMBEE community. We want to have people describe what they are doing and how OpenMBEE facilitates their use case.

Maybe once all of the above is done we could do a short feature presentation at an INCOSE-LA meeting? Just a thought...
