Spam Addin does not display success message when in OWA and loaded in new page.

Describe the bug
Success message does not show for spam addins when the email is reported in a new page in OWA.

To Reproduce

1. Install the manifest found in https://github.com/OfficeDev/Office-Add-in-samples/blob/main/Samples/outlook-spam-reporting/manifest.xml
2. Once loaded, open your email account in outlook owa.
3. In OWA, double click on an email to load it in a popped up window.
4. In the popped up window, click on the report button.
5. After clicking report button, the popped up window is closed without showing a success message.

Expected behavior

After clicking report button, the popped up window should show the success message and not close the popped up window.
