Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now OWASP Nest has temporary redirect from the / to /projects page.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to design OWASP Nest main (home) page that may include:

  • new OWASP projects/chapters/issue
  • recently joined contributors
  • top projects and/or less popular projects to promote under-supported projects
  • recent project releases

Feel free to suggest any ideas that can be implemented using existing Nest data. Let's also decide if we want to have a search bar on the main page

I suggest contacting @kasya regarding this. I think you can start from what we already have and improve it.
