The technical details of the current RP calculations are in this PR

  • Final excel should be labelled so we will need to perform a join at the end of the pipeline to add names from polygon table. Last time I checked - not all polygons were in the table, but this may have been fixed
  • Add baseline value to tabular stats
  • Decide on a way to treat null SFED values in DB
