discrepancy in admin 2 boundaries - polygon vs floodscan

There are a fair number of adm2 pcodes in floodscandata that do not appear to have a match in thepolygon` table. I'm trying to run SQL query to pull these out, but it does't seem like it will ever execute.

Therefore, just flagging initially here in case you are already aware

a little more info - there are 844 and they are all in NGA and TCD

not sure if this is a shared issue across datasets or just floodscan?
