FLAC signing throws an "SSL/TLS secure channel" error #6

Signing an EAC 1.x flac rip (UberFLAC -> Sign (EAC 1.x)) throws the following .NET error:

Error: EAC log self-hash verify attempt failed: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

This is with .NET 4.8 on Windows 10 and Server 2016.
