earth.gov redesign alignment

Context

earth.gov has some initial designs that could use some refinement. We'd like to go through the designs, identify where we can either a) adjust earth.gov designs or b) adjust our reusable components to meet the needs.

Potential components I see in the designs:

• Banner
• Page header
• Footer
• Card (multiple types)
• Video carousel (currently custom component in earth.gov)

Acceptance Criteria

• Refined designs with Esther that match our direction with template instance and USWDS
• Identified custom development or components needed
