Context

Even though the environment variable COOKIE_CONSENT_FORM is set to FALSE, the cookie consent form is still being displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add a cookie content in veda.config.js.
  2. Disable the env variable COOKIE_CONSENT_FORM = 'FALSE'.
  3. Check if the cookie consent is displayed.
