Contact Us styling - GHG #1388

Context

Contact Us button in the page header is now using USWDS, and some styling doesn't match the rest of the GHG instance.

Items that seem most important:

Text is a different font
Rest of text on buttons and links are in all caps, and the Contact Us button is not
Button color
