Context

The template instance was started as a prototype in the developmentseed org in github. We just evolved this repo into the template instance, which should live on the NASA-IMPACT org.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The template instance repo lives on the NASA-IMPACT org and everybody who needs permission still has permission
