Currently i am working on a project which is built upon Angular 1.x. I have decided to use ES2015 features along with ES7 decorators. So surfing around to get an idea. Found this library.

We are using grunt and slowly migrating to gulp. So i want to know whether should i load this library independently apart from other, instead of combing this with other dependencies?

Does it depend on any other libraries?
