Missing New versions of emulator

The current emulator version seems to be 22621.1120 (June 2023?) , which is missing on this page. New users of the emulator therefore first download the old version, install it, reboot, the emulator tells them the version they downloaded is not actualy the newest and only then they can install the newest emulator and repeat the whole process.
