Problem with kerning data not saving in game view #1

So I've added my font and set all the values so it looks correct in the preview.
I then added the fontfile to a label In the theme override font. I set the fontsize to 10 and added a drop shadow.
I got I to look the way I wanted in the editor with kerning working and the text being aligned.
The problem is when I go to run the game the text doesn't have the kerning values.
I noticed immediatly when my Y was so far from my A. This is the same with all other kerning pairs as well, they just don't seem to save.
Even though the Kerning pairs don't save the character settings do.
At first I thought it was a problem with the camera since it looks fine in the editor but I can't figure it out.

Wanting to know if there's some fix for this?
Also I think it's probably related but whenever I reopen my project the kernings aren't there until I click on the texturefont file and let it update.
