How do you use the modding system given, is there a mod template that I can modify?

I promise that we will soon make a tutorial about it.
However, since the project is being migrated to MonoGame 3.8.1(.Net 6) & IronPython 3, there will definetely be some breaking changes we need to fix firstly before any documentation or tutorials is made.
