[Bug]: On BNB, Pol, Avax chain Send show insufficient balance when initating send from the token chart

Describe the bug

On BNB, Polygon, Avalanche network, when I click on Send from the token chart when I enter the amount I get insufficient balance error. It only occurs when sending a base asset (bnb, avax, pol) on the chains where the base asset isn’t ETH. See videos below

Doesn't happen on other networks or if I send from the action menu

Duplicate of #12855 (present in 7.38.0)

Expected behavior

I can send tokens from the token chart

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to BNB
2. Click on any token in the wallet with a balance
3. When graph show click on Send button
4. Notice that the balance is zero and you cannot send
