Hello, I would like to know if Google Drive can be used instead of AWS, I saw in the configuration of the .env file that there is to set the Google parameters but it gives me the AWS region missing error.

Hey, that is not possible right now, the Google parameters are just to setup Sign-in with Google

FWIW the hard tie-in to AWS is what's preventing me from being able to evaluate this software/service for potential business use.
