[Enhancement] Why not write a Velocity Version?

I think velocity is next bungee in few years.
Why not write a velocity version?

Velocity's plugin system is different from that in BungeeCord. So that means it would require a bit more effort to replant BSG to velocity. It is unrealistic for now since I am very busy at the moment. But yeah, it's an interesting topic. I will take a look into it when appropriate.
