I've just used this template to create a new library and the first CI build via GitHub Actions fails:

This action is deprecated and needs to be replaced with

gradle/actions/wrapper-validation@v3

as written on https://github.com/gradle/wrapper-validation-action - afterwards the build passes successfully.
