[New Filter] Data on whether something won an award

As AWC has a handful of requirements that ask users to watch anime/manga which won an award, it'd be nice to filter by them.
However given that piece of information isn't available in any form that would enable automated procurement it would require manual research per entry.
Regarding storage of that data: We would need the media id, which award it won (preferably including the year) as well as a link to the source/wiki page as proof of this.

• aniDB.net has a few tags for awards
• It could also be viable to crawl the challenge threads where those requirements occur and review the data used by challengers
