split multi-ingest resources

current the idea is that there is one entry for hgnc and multiple products for alternate transforms (biopragmatics, monarch, bio2rdf, etc x 100)

after some discussion with @matentzn kevin and others we thought better to have separate entries and allow them to be grouped dynamically based on shared source

one thing I think maven got right was the hierarchical organization

e..g

• biopragmatics.hgnc
• monarch.hgnc

also scales to what OBO calls products

• biopragmatics.hgnc.owl
• biopragmatics.hgnc.obo
• monarch.hgnc.owl
• monarch.hgnc.kgx.tgz

and to sub-products e.g. kegg.compound
