Not sure where to file this , but the way the module currently by default enables 5000 in apache makes apache fail on a restart on a standard EL7 box with pulp and crane. This because the SELinux policies prevent apache to bind to 5000.
There's multiple ways around this , but given that it is the puppet module that configures port 5000.
