I just learned about Amazon Q Developer. "Amazon Q Developer can document your code by automatically generating readme files and data-flow diagrams within your projects." They have a good point that developers spend too much of their time doing things other than coding. The Q Developer solution is for the developer, probably with AI assistance, to write their code, and then Q Developer builds the software infrastructure around it. Seems backwards to me!
