Additionally, to support creating pull-request, a dedicated "GitHub App" can be created. See https://github.com/peter-evans/create-pull-request/blob/main/docs/concepts-guidelines.md#authenticating-with-github-app-generated-tokens

This allows to selectively grant authorization to repository.
