The link to the MIDAS dataset is currently broken. Several papers mention this dataset, and all of them point to this same link, which has been down since at least November of last year and remains non-functional.

This Insight Journal does not have the MIDAS server -- this was a different resource.

That said, @jcfr has looked retrieving that dataset and and into making that data set available.
