Summary
Add Twitch API key to Admin Panel
No Twitch video search tab in the explore/3D objects menu

Expected
Twitch video search tab appears and you're able to browse twitch videos.

I could also reproduce this issue, during testing we didn't know what the expected behavior was for the setting, if a new tab should appear then this issue is reproducible.
