[Prerequisites]:

• Make sure to be logged in as an admin and have the Admin Panel opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the "Identities" list item from the left side menu in the "Content" section.
2. Click the "Create" button from the top-right side of the page.
3. Input a name of an identity in the "Name" field and click the "SAVE" button.
4. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The identity creation page is dismissed and the list of identities is displayed.

[Actual results]:

• The Accounts page is displayed.
• A pop-up with the message “invalid input syntax for integer: "null"” is displayed.
