Remapping hot keys

I tried following this steps but it didn't work:

I need to change the windows button to something else, cause it's interfering with another program.
I did insert
REMAP_VK_LWIN=0xA4
to the config file, but the when I try to drag and drop nothing happens.

Did you remap your LWIN key to something else, using Windows registry or some other program for keys change on windows?
Maybe you have a different issue and this program just doesn't work on your configuration?
