Hey Christina,

Thank you for notifying me about the update! I'm trying the new version out now and will make some issues with my immediate thoughts.
Feel free to close them in case you think they are stupid :-)

When the data is exported, the csv files have empty lines between each organoid:

Is it possible to export without them?

hmm I cannot reproduce this on a Mac. What OS do you have?
