[coms] Come up with alternative for DatSync class #91

Motivation: rsync connection via DataRSync class has several drawbacks:

not compatible on windows (rsync command is unix based command)
requires an ssh key to be setup on client and key to be added to known hosts on server
ssh introduces safety/security hazards

→ Todo: think of an alternative for sending/receiving data between client and server:

use BentoML directly?
other?
