Description

It's possible that extra information may need to be available in order to process these values but essentially we need to separate the two pieces of information when they're in a single string.

Assume that they only have a job title

On reflection the government office is probably from the metadata which will have to be passed in somehow (or fetched from the API).

I'm going to change the brief on this one slightly to make it work with the metadata from the files that have been processed and to use that to get the government office.

Also still needed I think - I'll try and do a re-evaluation of what's going on with the data cleaning
