I was playing as Coven Leader but I died out of nowhere. Then i did /d, it said i was killed by myself. However, after a while, the game began spamming the message "The game could not determine your real killer" and a bunch of empty messages of the players. What even happened there?

Suicides can happen due to seven billion reasons, and the other I have no clue since I cannot see what happened exactly. A log file would be helpful.....
