V10_BMS change to V15 trigger V out

OK Charging Discharging
Won't power Dyson, but can provide V out to different tool, when you press trigger.
Do not overheat battery, as temp probes are not working!

You have to use rpi-v10-flash.zip from David git:
https://github.com/davidmpye/V10_Dyson_BMS/releases

and then replace with this one
\bootfs\V10_BMS.elf

I verified pinouts for V15 and enabled Serial Debug as David mentioned in other topic

To work with Dyson serial protocol have to be decoded.
