Twitter Bot should be able to reply

There is no option in the twitter bot to reply to any message. There should be a way for it to reply to some accounts to create interactions.

@kaafivikrant imho this codebase is not really worth supporting, it's full of copypasta and bugs, I'd rewrite the whole thing in TypeScript if I were doing this kind of project, personally. Not sure if it's something I want to take on atm.
