Scriptplayer crash when opening settings

When i try to open the settings the whole application crash
here is my crash log

i've got this issue too effective today, going to uninstall/reinstall and wipe settings.

wipe - clear appsettings - reboot - reinstall didn't help
i run spectraslime bananna as well, shut down that and tried loadup + settings. again with no change, can't think of anything else impacting it.

version 1.2.0.427
windows 10 latest, x64 machine, nvideo geforce rtx 3060,
audio over hdmi (or bananna routed to bt headphones or hdmi out)

repro: 1 load script player, 2 click settings, 3 crashes immediately.

can't think of anything else that might be usefull

this problem continues in 1.2.0.428, but i think it may have something to do with a dependency since a version that used to work 1.1.1.332 does the same things now.

appears my error is nearly or identical to issue #176 .
resinstalling dotnetruntime didn't help
rollback video driver didn't help
removing voicemeeter didn't help

lost, any suggestions, c+ runtime or something?
