Title: Inconsistent Responses to Graph and Edge Count in Chat

Description: When asking the question "How many graphs are currently available?" in the chat, the system returns different results each time

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the home page of code graph
Click on Create new project button
Insert url for new project: https://github.com/FalkorDB/GraphRAG-SDK
Click on create button
In the chat section ask a question:

How many graphs are currently available?
How many edges do we have?

Repeat the same question multiple times.

Expected Behavior: The system should return a consistent count for the number of graphs or edges
