When a user enters multiple questions in succession without waiting for an answer to each, the system does not process all of them, leaving some questions unanswered.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new porject
2. Insert a new URL
3. Click on Create button
4. Enter a question and immediately follow up with additional questions without waiting for responses.
5. Observe the behavior and check if all questions receive answers.
