I am using revit 2025.3 and leia 4.4.1931 and get "Array dimensions exceeded supported range" error when exporting from a 90mb model with fine detail however same model can be exported with medium details. Can anybody help?
PS: Unfortunately we cannot share the revit file due to client request.

Hi @volerdo , thanks for reporting this.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do without access to the model so we can debug and fix the issue.
If you could at least let us know more on when is happening the issue? for example:
Does this issue happens with any element of that model? Sometimes it is just a category or a family type that is causing the issue and with the element would be enough for us without the need for the whole model?
Can you provide what configurations are you using? Like compression, data export, etc that you are using in Leia?
-Does this same error happens in multiple computers?
-Have you been able to export other models without that issue?
I need to check this one, there are lots of families in that model.
I tried with several different options and all behaved the same with fine level. However I can export the same model with medium detail without problems.
What I suggest you do is start by turning off half of the categories, and then if the issue repeats, you turn off half again until you find one category that is failing. Then you can do the same with Revit Families, turn half of them in the view until you find the one that is failing, and then you can share that specific element with me so I can reproduce the bug.
