[BUG] Mod loading issue?

For whatever reason, the mod doesn't CRASH, per-se, but it doesn't act like it's loaded. No added items to my characters, no mechanics, nothing. adding any of the older mods that add race compat, or any lustbound RELATED (not the actual mod, I can read) mods seem to trigger a crash, something to do with the items the compatibility adds.
it does appear in the loaded mods, when I click the cog icon in the lower right, but why it doesn't DO anything is beyond me. no popup for age verification, (I enabled it in config as a test) no new items on spawn, and no new crafting recipes.

You... have put all your mods into a sub-folder called "Starbound-SBR-Mod-main", not your mods folder. Hence as far as the game is concerned, you do in fact not have any of them installed at all.
