Use fs-tree-diff instead of custom algorith, #7

Currently, the options.incrementalOverwrite feature relies on a custom algorithm. fs-tree-diff is a module that provides a blessed way of doing just what we need for that feature. We should be using that module for grunt-broccoli as well.
