Exporting modules

We would like to make spack centrally installed software available as external modules and available as well from spack.
This will be installed in the central repo, which users can upstream.

We need sensible module names as well. Only the view would be exported.

Generate modules for loading the elements in #9.

Should use an example with libraries, to check that LD_LIBRARY_PATH or similar are properly set

Straight use of prepend path does not seem to work properly in combination with the cray programming environment modules. An alternative is to use the same mechanism used by Andy with Darshan , ny setting some magic environment variables.
