flatbuffers version 23.5.26 1 from msys2 repo is used the build workflow while 24.3.25 2 is required to build the client as of 58fa96b

ok further research, I do not think that is the reason the workflow fails in #31

23.5.26 is the latest version in msys2 repo https://repo.msys2.org/mingw/mingw32/
