Bug description

When German locale is configured, time and date are displayed in 24h format and in German date format ($day. $month). However, alarm seems to be displayed in English date format (time as AM/PM, date as $month $day)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Configure German locale (by choosing German as system language) in Android settings
2. Set Alarm to e.g. 19:15
3. Alarm will be displayed in AM/PM format, date of Alarm as "$Month $Day", though time and date are both displayed in German locale (24h format and "$Day. $Month" respectively)

Expected behavior

Time, Date and Alarm should be displayed in system locale format.
