PT translation split (pt-BR and pt-PT)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As is GSM only has 1 type of "pt" (portuguese) language, but some expressions in Brazilian portuguese and European portuguese has very different contexts

Describe the solution you'd like
Add another locale "pt-PT" or just "pt"

Describe alternatives you've considered
The new translation should copy the previous translation file as the "pt" file (from reading was more like european than brazilian translation)
We can get this through the commit history
