Negative test content: 404 error when requesting a segment

A short description of the use case for the new test content.

This test content is supposed to check the robustness of a player. A request to a single segment shall result in a 404 error. The player should recover from such a situation by fetching the next possible segment and jumping the resulting gap.

Test content requirements

General description and requirements

• A single period MPD
• One audio and one video AdaptationSet
• Duration shall be between and 20-40 seconds
• Omit one or multiple segments on the CDN causing 404 errors on the client side

Request is to have a valid MPD, but a CDN error. No gap in Segment Timeline.

Two options:

• only one Representation misses a segment
• all Representations miss a segment
