问题描述
在ALiYunRegionEnum中，注解掉了韩国(首尔)和泰国(曼谷)，具体是啥原因?

这个区域列表是从阿里云控制台产品页面拉取的，当时写这里的时候，fc产品并没有找到对应的这两个区域的服务，或者是容器镜像acr服务没有对应的区域（但是现在看好像是有了的？）
