I would like to add a chatbot where one can ask questions or put their queries there.

Maybe by using firebase, storing the questions and then answering those through email.

Actually we are using Azure Portal for AI work such as Chatbot , Data Analysis , Mining etc
If you are well know about azure I can assign you for this work !
