Nomial SRL sources missing #2

Hi there, I can find the Predicate SRL source like
"predictor = Predictor.from_path("https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/allennlp/models/bert-base-srl-2019.06.17.tar.gz")"
from ECBReader.py, but I'm afraid I didn't find the source information of Nomial SRL from this repo. Could you please provide that?
