New teams and new mentor plans

Hi Everyone,

I've set up some teams and repos to make it easier for us to get notifications, release tickest, and manage permissions.

@CoderDojoSF/mentors - Anyone who shows up at sessions to help out. Members of this team should be pre-screened by having lunch with another mentor prior to being added. No weirdos.

@CoderDojoSF/build-your-own-adventure - Anyone that has been at the meetings for our upcoming session or who has expressed interest in helping out.

CoderDojoSF/mentor-tickets - We'll announce mentor tickets here. Only org owners and members of @CoderDojoSF/mentors can see this repo.

So far I added everyone in the org to the mentors list. If you are involved but don't wish to be a mentor, feel free to leave the team.

Since I added people to the @CoderDojoSF/build-your-own-adventure myself, I may have left off someone that would like to be included. Feel free to add yourself.
