Multiple Windows Open For Each Step

Every step and action ("Download","Create", "Update") brings up a new window. Can we stick to one window that gets updated?

I don't think this is a bug.

We can do this but basically we will changes a lot of things. Because our structure is way different than this.

I think the issue is that most users dont know or expect to have all of these windows and so when they click on an action and the window is behind the main qgis dashboard then the experience acts buggy. Essentially, the windows can get lost.
